The Conservatory at Hammock Beach

The Conservatory is a private golf community located in close proximity to Hammock Beach Resort. The 340 home sites found at The Conservatory will reflect the Spanish Renaissance style found throughout North Florida’s coastal towns such as St. Augustine. The pinnacle of recreation will be the 18-hole, woodlands-style golf course designed by Tom Watson. One of the Country’s Newest “Must-Play” Course

A natural extension to The Conservatory’s scenic charm will be the Signature golf course designed by Tom Watson. In the tradition of the greatest golf courses in the country, it is a private, woodlands-style course offering one of the most picturesque and thrilling golf experiences in the country. In keeping with the natural surroundings, Watson has utilized the skills of Mother Nature as his co-designer.

The Conservatory has nearly 76 acres of man-made lakes and three water features. Two Carolina-style creeks wind next to the greens and a large stunning waterfall serves as a natural water treatment system. With six tee boxes at each hole, the furthest playing at 7,776 yards, the course will accommodate all skill levels. 140 bunkers of coquina shell & white bunker sand dot the course. Watson also added three sod-faced bunkers, a nod to his affinity for British links-style golf. To walk along this course’s fairways, you’ll sense a feeling both new and familiar.
